This is our second time at the Tivoli Prague Hotel. The staff is very courteous and professional. We had a very early morning call and they went through the trouble of having some bread, butter, jam and eggs prepared for us to take out. Breakfast is simple, but decent and fulfilling. The hotel location is "ok", as the neighborhood is not excellent - but very close to the I.P. Pavlova train station. Tram 22 is very convenient and takes you directly from I.P. Pavlova to the Castle.
The hotel shows signs of aging since we have last been there (2005 I believe). The carpets are worn, as well as the bathrooms, which is a pity. I believe that with some new paint, exchanging the carpets for some simple wood floors and a revision of the bathrooms this hotel could be in great shape and do justice to its young and nice staff.
Updated and excellent decor, clean, comfortable bed, friendly staff. Good breakfast, excellent on weekends. Very reasonable rates given higher quality.
Front room had noise from the street (but one gets used to it.
The hotel was excellent. The rooms were really nice and well above what we were expecting for the money we paid. The staff were friendly and it wasnt far from the station which was excellent
It was a bit far to walk to the old town. We hadnt realised it was such a big place and it did take ages to get back from town
Very close to subway station, easy access to the city and other sightseeing places, kind and helpful staff, nice breakfast
Excellent value great staff good locaton
Good location not far away from the center and the old town, value for money.
I think this hotel is very good value for money. My room was elegant, clean, and well-equipped (mini-fridge, flat screen tv, and safe). I felt fortunate as my room faced the back and therefore it was very quiet.
The bed and pillow were a little too firm for my taste.
Bedroom comfortable, good breakfast, clean, good location.
Avenida too noisy for the bedroom to the front. The air works just a few hours. The officials refused requests to turn on the air at other times. We feel very hot in May.
Although the room was kind of an attic room where you could only see the sky through the roof window it was very comfortable and cozy. You have all that you need for a reasonable price, besides free internet. The service was excellent. I would truly recommend this hotel and if I return to Prag I’ll stay there again. I just missed a curtain at the window to avoid the day light coming to your eyes early in the morning. I also want to remark the excellent service of Booked.net that gives you precise information of what you are going to have.
The hotel was in a good location and was value for money,It had pleasant staff, the breakfast was generous, and in general had a pleasant atmosphere.
We had a room at the back, but I could imagine that rooms at the front would be noisy if you had the windows open.
Clean and tidy, friendly staff, good sized rooms, excellent breakfast, supreme location and a free wired computer for use in the lobby was very handy too.
The hotel is very close to metro station and tram station. It is easy to go to every tourist attraction from the hotel. The breakfast buffet has plenty of food to choose. The staff is helpful.
Convenience and close to metro and Prague 1. The kindness of the hotel staff, and the doubleglazing so you did not hear the outside traffic.
The breakfast was excellent. However, you have to have it before 8,45 am else some of the nice things are not replaced or substituted for less yummie items.
pleasant hotel and staff, very quiet, enjoyed very good buffet breakfast and near to all places of interest Prague is known for.
found the beds a little hard but can't suit everyone i guess certainly did'nt spoil hoilday.
Manager at the reception was very nice & helpfull , unfortunately don`t know her name but many thanks for your help and kindness. Breakfast was good , also good location which is good for tourists, nice & quiet room.
Please fix shower holder in the bath room.
